The first impression guests get when entering this room is that the photos don't do it justice. Whilst we have to improve the photographs, it really has a lovely spacious feel to it with windows looking looking on to views all round. The balcony can be accessed from here as well.

The room has Satellite TV (37 inch HD, Internet TV) , dvd and vhs recorder, HiFi (with mp3 input).

Fast internet access is via free WiFi.

The oak dining table and leather chairs can seat 12 in comfort.

All bedrooms are en-suite and of the same high standards including 100% cotton sheets. 

The large family room on the top floor can have various options including accommodating a super-king plus a single bed. 

The middle room on the top floor is a twin and the other can be either a double or a twin.

The ground floor has two double bedrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower) though again there is flexibility to make one of them into a twin. There is also a separate lounge and kitchen.
